Ahhh….. coffee….
Whether it’s that thing you can’t start your day without, that afternoon pick me up, or that thing you gather around to socialize, if you love coffee then you’ve come to the right place. So grab your favorite cup (I like it simple, 2 creams 1 sugar), kick back and let’s discuss one of the best things ever invented.
It’s the 2nd most consumed beverage in the world (next to water… no it’s not beer or wine!), and probably has the most different number of ways it can be enjoyed. Like I said, I like it simple but anytime I go into a gourmet coffee house I’ve never been in I like to try something new (even though it takes me about 10 minutes to order because there’s so much to choose from!).
Coffee was first introduced into North America in 1668. The first coffee house was built in New York and since then coffee houses have almost redefined our culture. Many things from our morning commute to business meetings or even how we meet that potential special someone are centered around the local coffee house. What the local watering hole is to the animal kingdom, you might say the coffee house is to people.
Whatever your reason for liking coffee, here’s a place to get your fix without having to leave the house. Or you can fire up the laptop at your favorite coffee house while you read about your favorite beverage!
